Terms and Conditions
I want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase from The Farmhouse Soap Company and I am committed to providing you with an excellent service.
Price
The prices shown are for Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of any taxes.
Postage and Packaging are extra.
Payment
No goods will be dispatched before full payment is received and debited from your account.
All payments made via the website are secure and I retain no information of your card details.
If you are paying by cheque, then goods will not be dispatched until all funds have been received into the bank.
I accept no responsibility for any charges you incur by your card issuer or bank as a result of processing a payment in accordance with your order.
If your card issuer refuses a payment then your order will not be accepted and I will not be obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.
Privacy
All personal details are kept in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
Delivery
Delivery should be within 7-10 working days; however this does not include Bank Holidays and Weekends.
If the purchase is for a Birthday Gift going direct to the recipient, please email me of the latest date of delivery.
Some products are made to order and if there is to be a delay you will be notified by email of the expected delivery time.
I accept no liability for any delay caused by the Postal Service, i.e. Postal Strikes.
I accept no responsibility for incorrect addresses given.
Returns and Exchanges
I want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase.
Any item can be returned if you are not satisfied with the product providing that it is unused and unwrapped and in a re-saleable condition.
If you wish to exchange your product, then simply return it in an unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt, clearly stating which product you require. You will incur no additional postal charges for an exchange.
Refunds
Simply return your item in an unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition stating clearly that you would like a refund. You will then be reimbursed the full cost of the product, less the original delivery charges. The cost of the return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Should the product prove to have a manufacturing defect, a full refund will be given along the postal costs.
Cancellations
In accordance with the law, you have a 7 day ‘cooling off period’, in which you have the right to cancel your order and to receive a full refund. No reason is needed for cancellation. You can cancel your order by emailing info@thefarmhousesoapcompany.co.uk quoting your reference number. If you have been sent a confirmation email confirming dispatch then it will not be possible to cancel your order. Upon receipt of the goods please return them unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition and you will receive a full refund within 30 days less the incurred charges of delivery.
Any payments made by cheque will be refunded by cheque.

All products should be returned unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition.
Please obtain ‘Proof of Delivery’ from the Post Office for all returned products.
Statutory Rights
These Terms and Conditions of Sale do not affect your statutory rights.
Law
Any dispute will be governed by Scottish Law.
